| Is it easy to find jobs for ROV Pilots today? |

| On top of ROV Pilot qualifications, do I need additional qualifications to work offshore? |
Yes, an Offshore Safety Certificate, and an Helicopter Underwater Escape Certificate are required. They can
easily be obtained in the various underwater training centers located throughout the world.

| Do I need to have a specific background to apply for a ROV Pilot job? |
In theory, no. However applicants that have mechanics or electronic backgrounds stand much better chances to
succeed. This is especially true when working for the larger clients companies.

First and of course, at sea! More specifically, in any place in the world where there is ongoing oil exploration or
production, i.e. the Western African cost, the Gulf of Mexico, the Caribbean, the Middle East, the Indian Ocean,

| What is the usual duration of offshore rotations? |
There is no rule, but four weeks in / four weeks off is a standard. However, for logistics reasons, rotations can
last longer, six weeks for example.
